REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
TOPICS Entertainment is a publisher of third-party media content and distributes material on their behalf. TOPICS Entertainment's distribution agreement allows us to send disk replacements via US Mail to North America only. TOPICS Entertainment is not allowed to replace all the disks of any one multi-disk product.
Purchases made in the last 90 days:
If you have purchased the product in the last 90 days, there is no charge for the replacement of a missing/damaged disk. Please send TOPICS Entertainment the following information via US Mail:
1. Your First and Last Name
2. Your Mailing Address
3. Your Telephone Number
4. The 80###, 60### or the 40### number found on the side of the box
5. The title of the disk set purchased and the number of CDs in the set
6. The printed title on the disk(s) that is defective. If a disk is missing, please provide the printed titles on the existing disks in order for TOPICS to identify the omitted disk.
7. A copy of the purchase receipt from an authorized reseller (auction websites are not accepted) with the item purchased and the date of purchase clearly visible (required).
Purchases NOT made in the last 90 days:
If you have purchased the product more than 90 days ago, there is a $9.95 charge for the replacement of a missing/damaged disk(s). This fee covers the cost of the disk(s), warehouse picking, packaging, shipping and postage. Please mail a check or money order (payable to TOPICS Entertainment) and the following information to TOPICS:
1. Your First and Last Name
2. Your Mailing Address
3. Your Telephone Number
4. The 80###, 60### or the 40### number found on the side of the box
5. The Title of disk set purchased and the number of CDs in the set
6. The printed title on the disk(s) that is defective. If a disk is missing, please provide the printed titles on the existing disks in order for TOPICS to identify the omitted disk.
7. Proof of ownership (only one of the following is required):
* The damaged disk
* A copy of the purchase receipt from an authorized reseller (auction websites are not accepted) with the item purchased clearly visible
* The original or copy of the UPC bar code from the packaging
* A photocopy of the label side of the CD
* The front cover of the box or other packaging that has the TOPICS logo and title of product.

- If you are not completely satisfied with this product, you can return the software directly to us within 90 days of purchase for 100% satisfaction guarantee. Some products may have a longer length - please see the product packaging.

Please uninstall the software from your computer and delete the original downloaded installation file. | ||

Your access to the subscription site will be terminated when your refund request is processed. | ||
AUDIO | ||
Audio Delivered as a Download | ||
Please remove the audio from your computer and any portable device. If you created any physical disks with the audio, you will need to destroy those disks. Please delete the original downloaded installation file. | ||
Audio Delivered on a Disc | ||
If you created any digital copies of the audio files, please remove these from your digital device. If you created a backup of the audio disc, please destroy the backup copies. | ||
VIDEO | ||
Video Delivered as a Download | ||
Please remove the video from your computer and any portable device. If you created any physical disks with the video, you will need to destroy those disks. Please delete the original downloaded installation file. |

Please remove the digital version of the video that you may have created and transferred to a portable device. Please destroy any backup copies you may have created of the disc. |

Step 2 - REQUEST FOR REFUND | ||
Physical Product | ||
If you purchased a boxed product, it will need to be returned to us with the purchase receipt. Please return the original UPC bar code label from the box (or front cover of the box if the UPC is missing), CDs, accessories and a copy of your receipt from an authorized reseller (auction websites are not accepted). Refunds will *not* be processed without a copy of your receipt and we do not refund shipping or sales tax. Enclose a letter asking for a refund and indicate where we should mail the refund. The post office offers a "Media Rate" that will decrease the cost of the return shipping. Refunds may take 4-6 weeks once we receive your return. NOTE: TOPICS Entertainment recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Topics or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
